Ethos Life’s Valuation Marked Down: A Closer Look at the 14.2% Decrease in Share Price

Investors include Softbank, General Catalyst, Sequoia, Accel, Google Ventures, Glade Brook Capital Partners, Roc Nation, Goldman Sachs, Arrive, Stanford University, Downey Ventures, and Durant Company. 

Since its last round, Ethos Life has filed two consecutive Employee Plan Exemption Notices (EPENs) that indicate a 14.2% decrease in the price of common shares issued to company executives. This marks down Ethos Life’s valuation to $2,306,536,409.
